Description: As part of the ongoing effort to rewrite the Ambari Web UI
from Ember to React (under ambari-web/latest/), this story implements the
Kerberos feature surface — both Kerberos administration screens and the
multi-step Enable Kerberos wizard that secures a cluster. (was: As part of the
