As part of the ongoing effort to rewrite the Ambari Web UI from Ember to React
(under ambari-web/latest/), this story implements the Reassign Component wizard
— used to migrate a service component (NameNode, ResourceManager,
HiveMetastore, etc.) from one host to another — along with the per-component
"move" config initializers that update the cluster configuration during the
migration.
