The `api_base_url` configuration item still exists even without this PR. The PR itself just puts this configuration item in the file. Since the actual deployment is different, we have set up different configurations to adapt to more scenarios. As we said in our [documentation](https://answer.apache.org/docs/deploy-subdirectory), we prefer to implement subdirectory directly using a gateway such as nginx.
