是否可以考虑新增功能， 用户在发帖的时候，可以选择所有人（包含匿名）可以浏览，或者
只有用户登录后可以浏览，这样的选项，来控制阅读范围。
目的是为了控制某些帖子的隐私性，通过控制用户注册的方式，来管理社区的健康和发帖的专业性
