I haven't found a solution yet. We have to restart Archiva 1.0.2 periodically
because if this. The root cause is that after some uptime Archiva uses our
external proxy even for the proxy connector that isn't configured to use it.
Brett and I had some back and forth trying to debug this but hit a wall and I
haven't followed up.
