Upload snapshot should work like a deploy

Actually, if I upload a snapshot, the file is stored with the current filename
and timestamp/lastUpdated field aren't stored in metadata file.
It would be better to store the snapshot with a timestamp and a build number
like the maven deploy plugin do it.
