Archiva does not proxy .asc files

I think that it assumes all supplemental files must be retrieved with the
original artifact and not passed through.
This happens to work for checksums in Maven, however the downside is that if
the logic is changed to request the supplemental file first (which is the case
for signatures and may later be for checksums), then it won't work.
