It seems we didn't bundle the SPARC architecture by default. You can download
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/tanukisoft/wrapper-delta-pack/3.2.3/wrapper-delta-pack-3.2.3.tar.gz
and add the two sparc-64 files into bin and lib of Archiva as they are found
in the distribution.
Alternatively, you can deploy Archiva into a servlet container.
