If an artifact contains relocation-information the artifact-view should
provide/display this information.
If i have an artifact which was only a pom I can't recognize if
a) there was only requested a pom (and there will be a jar available)
b) there exist only a pom (because this is some kind of superpom)
c) this artifact as relocated.
It would be helpfull if I can detect an relocation on the artifact-view without
downloading the pom and open this with an editor.
