I finally replicated the issue :) I think the problem is in the
artifact-missing-checksums consumer, it's file types are not getting included.
The file types for the other consumers (like the index-content consumer) are
updated w/o restart though, since the DLL artifact showed up in the browse
after adding the \*\*/\*.dll in the Repository Scanning page and doing a
re-scan.
