Additional fixes in trunk -r706873:
- export report as CSV
- migrated statistics report to struts 2
- updated date picker
To do:
- improve UI for choosing the report
- fix problem in the repositories to be compared list boxes (struts 2 issue:
selected values are not automatically highlighted, which results to these
values not being captured if you don't manually highlight them)
