The 'Upload Artifact' forces the user to enter a 'Group ID', 'Artifact ID',
etc., even when a POM file is uploaded along with the artifact. It would be
nice to have a feature (for example a checkbox 'use POM information') which
would allow the POM information to be used when uploading an artifact and POM.
