Removing released artifacts isn't generally recommended. For example, you
might not be able to check out an old tag and still build it.
But sometimes you do want to -- I can see wanting to remove very old
no-longer-in-production artifacts from a corporate repo.
There's a related issue open for deleting individual artifacts through the Web
UI (MRM-913), but this goes further, and I'd consider it a purge feature.
