Fixes in trunk -r745362:
- hide timestamped SNAPSHOT versions in version list browse
- add 'Other Versions' field in the artifact info page if the artifact is a
snapshot & has other timestamped versions
Additional fixes in trunk -r745371:
- fix getting of other versions of the snapshot
- added tests for getting other versions of the snapshot
