Log the changes made to the configurations and repositories.
Added logging to the following operations:
- purge (artifacts being removed)
- repository scanning configurations
- database scanning configurations
- add, edit, and delete of managed and remote repositories
- add and delete repository groups (including add and delete of repository from
group)
Changes are logged in archiva-audit.log.
