Archiva supports adding whitelist entries containing backslashes like:
javax\.**
com\.**
but refuses to remove such entries stating
Non-existant white list pattern [com.**], no white list pattern removed.
Non-existant white list pattern [javax.**], no white list pattern removed.
This is a blocker since there is no way to remove such whitelist entries using
the web UI.
