the patch looks good, except for failing DRY on the FULL_INDEX constant.
Have you been able to test the generated indices in any client applications?
BTW, I deleted the subtask you created. We don't generally use subtasks, and I
think I was mistaken anyway (the 2.0.0 indexer is already creating the
incremental index). Or did you find something else that was needed?
