As for adding additional info to the metadata, I think we can start with just
allowing addition of new:
* mailing lists
* dependencies
* licenses
I'm currently working on this and I'm planning to use a pop-up for adding the
data when an Add or "+" link is clicked beside the section name for one of the
above properties.
