Add RFC-112 compliant OSGi Bundle Repository (OBR) support with the following
feature set:
- Provide the ability to natively house OSGi bundles (ie deployed from Felix
maven plugin)
- Ability to create virtual OBR repositories that will scan existing
traditional maven repos, extract necessary metadata, and proxy requests
- Ability to create virtual OBR repositories that will proxy local and remote
OBR repositories
- Add web interfaces for managing OBR repositories
