Upgraded to Redback 1.2.7 in
[-r1081111|http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?revision=1081111&view=revision] and
configured the CSRF filter that was newly implemented in 1.2.7.
Also configured XSS parameter check interceptor in
[-r1081116|http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?revision=1081116&view=revision].
