Fix merged to trunk in
[-r1099425|http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?rev=1099425&view=rev] with additional
changes:
* added a factory for action validator manager since
ObjectFactory.setObjectFactory(..) was removed in struts 2.1 so the unit tests
for validation would work
* fixed conflicts
