Was able to replicate this somehow.
I uploaded the commons-lang artifact and when I clicked on the Dependencies
tab, the junit shows up. When I click the link 3.8.1, I got an error "Artifact
Not Found".
IIUC, the junit should not show up under the Dependencies tab since it doesn't
exist?
