I have a problem building after this fix.
My build tries to look for the atlassian-xlmprc at
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/com/atlassian/xmlrpc/atlassian-xmlrpc-binder-annotations/0.11/atlassian-xmlrpc-binder-annotations-0.11.pom
But there is no 0.11 version at that site.
Is it my maven setup that is wrong or is it the code?
