a different distrib - and I guess we can choose which is default depending on
which is smallest / fastest / easiest to support for us.
I'd be concerned about having to redo documentation for conf / log locations,
and making it harder for existing users to just upgrade.
I know we do have quite a few people already deploying into Tomcat though, so
we can at least make that easier for them.
