Some pages reference 404 resource
{code}css/no-theme/jquery-ui-1.8.14.theme.css{code} for example
http://localhost:8080/archiva/browse/junit/junit/3.8.1 -- I verify that
apps/archiva/css/no-theme/jquery.ui-1.8.14.theme.css does exist though, so this
appears to be a $baseurl kind of thing.
