the current distrib write files in java.io.tmpdir (ehcache files), on unix this
directory is shared for all uid.
So currently you cannot start 2 archiva instances with different uid in the
same unix instance.
create a ./temp directory in the jetty distrib and configure java.io.tmpdir to
use it.
