Thanks!! So, is it safe to assume that without this additional configuration,
that no, the URL failures cache will not timeout, unless manually flushed?
Otherwise, how would I determine the default values of <eternal> and the
<time-to-*> values? I think "time-to-live" is pretty simple. What is
"time-to-idle"?
