Description:
Archiva is using 2.4-SNAPSHOT compiler plugin but during IT test of Consumers
Archetype the pom use 2.3.2 version.
if artifact is not on your local repository it will not try to download. Same
for other artifacts or plugin. Not sure of what a fix must be.
