I get the same issue with using openjdk 1.6 and also 1.7 also tried Sun java
1.7 with no joy.
I have attached my vagrant and puppet scripts which i have been able to use to
reproduce this issue, configuration files can be found under the archiva home
directory (/var/local/archiva/conf)
For running the vagrant environment you will need to have vagrant 1.4 and
Oracle Virtualbox (i have been testing with 4.3.6)
