Server 2008 with PostgreSQL 9.2 as back-end.

The Manage page only has a Sort by Name button. As to which field the button
actually sorts by is not clear. It could sort by User Name or Full Name.
I think that there should be 3 buttons:
"Sort by User Name"
"Sort by Full Name"
"Sort by Email"
