Thanks. Please can you add the tidyup stage to any release process
documentation you have?
Deletion of superseded releases is best done just before sending the Announce
e-mail.
In turn, the Announce e-mail should be sent a day or so after publishing the
releases to the mirror system, to allow external mirrors time to catch up.
