ArtifactBuilder in Archiva Web :: REST support :: Services use
FilenameUtils.getExtension( file.getName() )
from toto.tar.gz you will get .gz for extension.
I don't know what would be a nice fix as it impact getArtifactUrl in
AbstractRestService
