When browsing artifacts and selecting a particular artifact version and
selecting "Artifacts" tab the list of artifacts is correctly shown. However
when clicking on the magnifying glass icon ("View Artifact Content") nothing is
shown in the File Content area. This used to work in 2.1.1 for packaging jar
and pom at least.
