The page https://archiva.apache.org/download.cgi has a link:
Archiva is distributed under the <a class="externalLink"
href="http://archiva.apache.org/license.html}";>Apache License, version 2.0</a>.
There are two problems with that link.
1) it is broken - spurious } at the end
2) sites must link to http://www.apache.org/licenses/
