With the new dependency of Servlet API 3.1, tomcat 7 cannot be used anymore. We
should switch to the jetty plugin and remove/replace all tomcat references in
pom.xml.
The t7.sh script must be changed to jetty:run then.
archiva-webapp-test has been switched already to the jetty plugin.
