There does not appear to be a NOTICE file alongside the LICENSE in the source
repo.
Since the source repos are public, they must have a NOTICE file.
The NOTICE file included in the Archiva 2.2.4 source release is not a standard
NOTICE file.

Likewise the NOTICE files in the binary and war downloads are non-compliant.
