Consolidate the Redback Components modules.
* Rename to Archiva Components
* Deprecate unused components
* Move components, that are still used, to the new combined repository
archiva-components.git
* Change Maven coordinates to org.apache.archiva.components prefix
* Change package names of java code to org.apache.archiva.components prefix
* Cleanup dependencies
* Update third party dependencies
* Change dependencies in archiva and redback to the new coordinates
* Update site generation
* Remove Jenkinsfile from former component repositories and add information to
README
