The execution loggers no longer output directly to {{stdout}}.
Rather than allowing configuration of the execution loggers (workflow /
operations) levels, log messages of all levels now get stored in the storage;
The configuration is instead on the CLI level (or any other consumer of the
logs table), deciding on the level and verbosity of the log messages displayed.
