When cancelling an execution which makes use of the {{ProcessExecutor}}, the
main process may exit while some operation subprocesses are still running. The
same may also apply to a failed workflow which exits after an operation fails,
while other operations are still active.
Cancel / Failure should first make sure the remaining subprocesses exit as well.
