Summary: Resuming canceled execution with frozen task fails

When starting a task, it's state is changed to started, if it becomes stuck,
this status persists even if the execution is canceled. This state, beyond
being false (it should be pending once it is canceled), prevents from the
resume workflow to actually start the resuming process.
