D Jayachandran commented on ARIA-337:
-------------------------------------
The current code actually uses the full path only but the full path which it
tries to build is not the correct one and it seems to vary with each linux
distro. Do you think there will be possibilities of mutiple pip libraries ? I
think pip is rather a pre-requisite rather than a dependency for ARIA. Using
the library would also make the development environment not depend on a pip
installation
> ARIA does not find the correct path of pip during the plugin install.

> pip executable expected as part of plugin install.ARIA does not find the
> correct path of pip during the plugin install in some distros of linux. To be
> precise this happens when pip freeze is executed.
> Fix would be to use the pip as a library rather than an executable.
