Summary: Adapt the Clearwater example to Openstack

1) Create {{clearwater-single-openstack}} and
{{clearwater-live-test-openstack}}. This should be easy.
2) Create {{clearwater-openstack}} that is fully scalable by policy. This will
be much trickier: we will need scripts for the lifecycle relationship
interfaces that properly open firewall ports and of course model the Openstack
network security appropriately in TOSCA.
