Summary: Make "ctx" a static entry point

The {{ctx}} binary is currently added dynamically to the list of
{{entry_points}} of ARIA.
This might have had something to do with the related issue ARIA-354, and in
general not really needed anymore.
It should be modified to be a static entry point, same as the {{aria}} binary.
