Description:
Restrict the usage of a node type assigned in a substitution_mappings'
node_type field to be used only in node templates which contain the
'substitutable' directive.

We don't want to allow the substitution mapping type to be any existing type
that represents a single node. Allowing it leads to a situation where the same
node type represent two different logical entities, which in turn lead to
inconsistencies, as can be seen in section 2.10 of the TOSCA spec.
Since we can't know in advance if a node type represents a single node, we
limit our restriction to normative node types.
