When a user upgrades their ARIA code, all ARIA working directories - if exist -
remain unchanged.
These working directories may be incompatible with the newer ARIA code (whether
structure-wise, different storage schema, etc.).
If a user then tries running a command via the CLI, it might result in an error
which could be difficult to understand.
A simple validation could be added to make sure that any commands run via the
CLI first validate the working directory compatibility with the current ARIA
version.
