Description:
A few improvements required for the [release
script|https://github.com/apache/incubator-ariatosca/blob/master/release/asf-release.sh]
* Check for existence of script dependencies (such as {{twine}}, GPG key,
{{git}}, {{svn}}, {{virtualenv}}, wget/tar/zip/python/...?) prior to execution,
and notify the user accordingly. Note that some dependencies might be hidden in
the script (e.g. {{make docs}} uses {{sphinx-build}})
* Update ".sha" extension used in the script for creating signatures to
".sha512", in accordance with Apache's new policies on the matter
* Consider creating a Jenkins job to run the script on a clean, neutral
environment
