This has only happened once, but there is no obvious recovery. I did a
keyboard interrupt after a 'service create'. Afterwards, I couldn't delete the
service because it said an execution was in progress. 'ps' revealed no
processes running, and 'aria logs -vv' showed the keyboard interrupt as the
last event.
