Created personal PGP key. Pushed to apache/dist area using SVN.
Created release candidate using release.sh script.
modifications to script must be made to make it more intuitive as well as
additional comments/wiki instructions.
Pushed release candidate tar ball to apache/dist release area in new candidate
release directory
Started poll for release candidate with AriaTosca committers (on dev@ mailing
list)
