Using the reserved function keywords SELF for get_attribute does not fetch the
correct value as expected and provides the default or null value. When
replacing the “SELF” keyword with node instance name would fetch the update
value for the given attribute..As per TOSCA specification get_attribute should
also support “SELF” is fetching the attributes.
