Resolution: Fixed
I verified that the link on
[http://ariatosca.incubator.apache.org/docs/html/index.html] does indeed take
you to [http://ariatosca.incubator.apache.org/docs/html/index.html] so I am
closing the issue. I think the broken link originally reported was due to the
site being in a half-baked state for a short while as we transitioned over to
gitbox.
